Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/LLM systems. In this role, you will architect scalable AI solutions, optimize model performance, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into production. The ideal candidate has deep experience with LLM application development, prompt engineering, and AI system integration, combined with strong Python engineering skills and a solid understanding of modern AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities - AI/LLM Development - Design, build, and optimize AI-driven applications using models such as GPT, Claude, Llama, etc. - Develop pipelines for prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based - Architect scalable, production-ready AI services and APIs. - Integrate AI components with existing backend systems, databases, and cloud environments. - Prototype new AI capabilities and translate research insights into practical solutions. - Work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and designers. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
